Effects of pre-training muscimol and saline injections on win-shift performance for rats in the pre-training groups. Rats were tested daily (see text for details) on a maze in a different room from the one used for the discrimination test. On Trial 10 they were given muscimol or saline injections identical to those they received during discrimination training.
